Juniors, you might think that since you are new and fresh in high school then you don’t have quite a lot of stuff to stress on. The truth is, you should be worried about many things. In fact, if you are thinking that you can do things in the last year and manage all then you are wrong. If you want to avoid all the mental breakdowns and stress at the final minute of senior year then the most important thing is that you start working now.
Some things you can do in junior year are, collecting information about the college you are going to apply to. Yeah, you are still a junior and the hunt for a new college seems pretty much far but instead to avoid any inconvenience then, you have to start now. You have to start each and everything from the very first day. Since the start of your college, set your mind straight on what you want to do and what profession you want to pursue.
If you are very much clear with the field then start searching for a college. Make sure you know all the information about the college you are going to be a part of. Also, fulfill your grade accomplishments during these fresh years. Keep your priorities straight and your grades high. This is also a very good time to make some friends that you can pair with.
Also, it is highly advised that you keep contact with your guidance counselor. He or she will guide you through all the processes. Also, do your course work and keep yourself organized. Keep everything in place, if you are prepared for everything since the first day then you won’t be stressing out at the last minute and so everything will be easy.
